This journal provide only for Student of Agriculture Faculty, Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo Only.</strong></p> PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN BUBUK KAYU MANIS (Cinnamomum burmannii) TERHADAP SIFAT KIMIA DAN TOTAL MIKROBA PADA NUGGET AYAM 2018-08-30T13:32:33+00:00 Anto Anto Rahman Rato This study was conducted to determine the effect of adding cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanni) powder to the chemical and microbial activity of chicken nuggets. The research method used completely randomized design (RAL) with four treatment 3 replication. The result of organoleptic test showed chicken nuggets with the addition of 2.5 g cinnamon powder most preferred. Chemical test showed that chicken nugget with the addition of cinnamon powder 2.5 g of moisture content of 69.51%, ash content of 1.15% and 13.22% protein content. The result of the microbial (TPC) test showed that at 0 day storage of chicken nugget without cinnamon were 44 cfu/g into 36 cfu/g. The location of the study was purposive determined by selecting all P3A groups in Bone Bolango and Gorontalo districts. The study method used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. Descriptive analysis to described the condition based on the results of the questionnaire about the identification of rice farmer characteristics of P3A members. Descriptive quantitative analysis was conducted to answer irrigation management at farmer level. The results obtained with regard to the characteristics of paddy rice farmers are members of P3A by sex predominantly male, with an average education level of high school and college, as well as being in old age and in carrying out their farming. The research method used in this research was the contribution value of the production of hazelnut plants using a simple economic formula while to calculate the biomass value and carbon value of the hazelnut plant using the allometric equation. The results showed that hazelnut seeds had the highest economic value amount Rp150.480.000/ year with the percentage was 70.6%. Then grain candle had an economic value of Rp61.950.000/ year with the percentage was 29%, and the lowest utilization of candlenut was hazelnut shell amount Rp930,000/ year with a percentage of 0.4%. Contribution from farming income was Rp213,360,000 with the percentage of 84%, bigger than the non-farm income amount Rp39.6 million with a percentage of 16%. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of rice washing water on growth and yield of celery plants and to see the potency of rice washing water as organic fertilizer in celery plant.The study was conducted in November 2017 - February 2018. The study was prepared according to a Randomized Block Design with 4 treatments and 4 replications namely A0: control, A1: wash water of first rinse rice, A2: water wash of second rinse rice and A3: water washing rice third rinse.The number of replicates as many as 4 and each there are 2 units of plants so that the total plant observed as many as 32 plants. The results showed that rice washing water had no significant effect on the growth of celery plants. The A3 treatment (third rinse washing water) resulted in more leaves than the other treatments. UNTUK VARIETAS BISI 2 dan NK22 2018-08-03T15:27:24+00:00 Muh Arsyad The aimed of this research is to know the influence of drying to moisture content and weight for hybrid maize Bisi 2 and NK22 and to determined the optimal drying time on those both varieties. The experiment was carried out by drying for four days of drying using Randomized Complete Random Design (RAL) two factorials that is drying day factor with varieties and if significantly different then followed by BNJ advanced test. The results of this study showed that drying on corn both varieties of Bisi 2 and NK22 to moisture content and weight of maize decreased, for NK22 varieties more weight decrease compared with Bisi 2. Effect of drying time and varieties used very significant effect on water content and corn weight. The research method used was census method. The number of respondents in this studied was 30 people. They were the total farmers. The results showed that this study, it could be concluded, that the level of adoption of farmers to the system of planting jajar legowo was in the low category. This showed that the adoption rate of farmers on jajar legowo jajar system had not been maximal, because farmers were less looking for information outside the village and agricultural extension had not worked optimally. The research was conducted in March - April 2016, in Toto Utara Village, Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. The study was prepared using randomized block design (RAK), which consisted of three treatments and three replications, so there were 9 (nine) experimental plots using polybag planting media. Different dose on 2 (two) treatments that was without treatment P0 (control), concentration of 100 ml / liter of water banana peel liquid organic fertilizer 20 ml/ plant + banana hump liquid fertilizer 20 ml/ plant (P1), and concentration 100 ml/ liter water banana peel liquid organic fertilizer 40 ml/ liquid organic fertilizer from banana hump 40 ml/plant (P2). Fertilization carried out at the time of mustard plants were 3 HST and 9 HST. This study was conducted for 4 months in the village of Tenilo, sub-district of Limboto, Gorontalo regency. The research was using a randomized block design (RAK) consisted of 5 (five) treatment and 3 (three) replicates so that 15 units of the experiment, with different doses, namely P0 was a control, P1 was a dose of 30 ml/l of water tofu cake, P2 was a dose of 60 ml/l of water tofu cake , P3 was a dose of 30 ml/l water banana hump, and P4 was 60 ml/l water banana hump.
